Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I work collaboratively with clients in order to increase self worth and foster resilience. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, women’s issues, young adults facing life transitions, as well as clients struggling with anxiety and self esteem. I also have experience working with depression, family dynamics, coping skills, marital concerns, stress, relationship difficulties, and adjustment. I work within various modalities including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Starting therapy can be difficult. As someone who has sat on a therapist’s couch many times, I understand how uncomfortable it can feel. But, I also know how life-changing therapy can be. As your therapist, I will provide a safe, non-judgemental space in order to explore and process your presenting concerns. I believe you are the expert in your life but, together, we can work towards your preferred growth.
