Do You Take Insurance?

Yes! We take the following Insurance: Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare and Cigna. If you don't have one of the above we can work with your insurance on an Out-Of-Network capacity. 

When Do I Receive My Complementary Private Yoga Session?

Your yoga session will be booked once you've had your discovery call and first therapy session so we can give our best custom recommendations to our yoga instructor. 

Are Your Sessions In-Person or Virtual?

Both! Based on your personal preference you may choose. 

In-person therapy sessions offer several distinct benefits that can enhance the therapeutic experience and potentially lead to more effective outcomes.
