Kailey Krupar

Kailey Krupar graduated from Florida State University with her Master's of science in Art Therapy.

What is Art Therapy? "Art therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship.

Art therapy effectively supports personal and relational treatment goals as well as community concerns. Art therapy is used to improve cognitive and sensorimotor functions, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, promote insight, enhance social skills, reduce and resolve conflicts and distress, and advance societal and ecological change."

Kailey is currently undertaking the process of becoming a registered intern and obtaining further Art Therapy credentials.

M.S Art Therapy from Florida State University

Kailey passionately believes that therapy is for everyone, and that therapy should be used to promote mental wellness as well as a place to go when you are experiencing problems and/or stress. My experience has involved using both verbal and Art Therapy with individuals and groups who suffer from substance use disorders, homelessness, anxiety, depression, and a myriad of other mental health diagnoses.
