Rachel Jean-Louis, MS

Along the journey of life we may encounter blind spots along the way and just like a car that has mirrors to which allows us to see cars in our blind spot, I am dedicated to my client’s journey like a mirror to offer a safe space to look for direction for growth.

Rachel has experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, stress management, and substance abuse recovery. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused will allow the clients to open up about their unpleasant feelings and situations and move towards a direction that will lead to a life of purpose.

Lynn University, Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

As a native of south Florida growing up in a Caribbean home, there was a lack of attention towards mental health. As I grew older I developed a passion for helping others. Whether family or friends I was pleased to be the “go to” person when my loved ones needed someone to hear them out. As a therapist, I intend to provide the same amount of compassion to my future clients in a therapeutic journey.
