Therapy is my passion, and my goal is to help clients feel comfortable enough to go to that frightening place in their mind knowing that they are safe and that I am right there with them. I like to empower them to fight back and have the courage to live life the way they want to.
A therapist’s job is not only about observing others but also looking within, it’s about facing your own fears so that you can in turn help others face theirs. I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the couch, and how daunting the thought of opening yourself up to a stranger can be. Therefore, my counseling style is warm and judgement free because I understand that trauma is hard, fear is paralyzing, and self-doubt can rob you of countless opportunities.
You can choose to face your truth and be your most authentic self and I would love the chance to walk with you in this journey of healing, self-awareness, and discovery.
