Daylied (day) Espinal, LMHC
Day is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been a practicing therapist since January 2017. She is primarily a trauma specialist who also works with all types of mental health concerns from childhood to adulthood. Day has an extensive background in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychosocial Education, and Talk Therapy. Day takes the first session to truly get to know her clients and works with them to build a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to their needs. Day is also bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
