Bridgette fong, LMCH-qs
Welcome! I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual or family’s needs, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional well-being, and build stronger relationships. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strength-Based techniques, all aimed at fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change.
During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals for therapy, and developing a plan for how we can work together toward your desired outcomes. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clear about the direction of our work.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to actively listen, offer practical solutions, and create a compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns. I strive to make each session a space where you can feel comfortable, empowered, and hopeful about the changes you're making in your life.
I am best positioned to work with clients who are looking for a safe, supportive environment to explore their emotions, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful life changes. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating a major life transition, I help clients build the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
