Jennifer Sanchez, LMHC, QS


Jennifer is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health and Marriage and Family Counseling from Barry University. Jennifer finds joy in working alongside others, helping clients overcome personal challenges and enjoy more balanced and fulfilling lives.

With over 8 years of therapeutic experience and a diverse background which includes living abroad for 15 years, Jennifer brings a one-of-a-kind perspective to her work helping others identify and meet their goals, achieving positive results and an improved quality of life. Her approach is honest, nonjudgmental, and empathetic, helping clients safely and comfortably explore their issues and supporting them to create and master healthier and more productive solutions. Jennifer is trained in EMDR, and her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from other modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Thearpy, Bowenian Systems Theory, and Mindfulness among others to ensure that every session is of value. She tailors her techniques to meet the specific needs of each client, providing holistic and personalized assistance on their journey to healing and well-being. 

Jennifer specializes in working with multiculturally diverse populations, offering support for young adults and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, trauma, life transitions, relational challenges, and substance abuse. Jennifer is also fluent in Spanish, if preferred.
